BOOKING CONFIRMATION TEXT • Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you!  Once your appointment is entered into our system, a confirmation request text is sent to you, for which a reply is required.  If we don’t receive a response – it is at the owner’s discretion to cancel your appointment and/or charge a cancellation fee to your credit card on file.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests – We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for requests to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, it is at the discretion of the owner to charge your credit card a 50% cancellation fee for the service(s) originally scheduled.  We require 72 hours notice for group services.

No Shows – You will be charged in FULL if you don’t show for your appointment.

CUSTOMER PRICING NOTICE • Please be aware that the pricing for each service is a starting point. Our services are priced thoughtfully, based on the level of experience, skill of your professional stylist, the length and fullness of your hair, time spent and amount of product used for each service in order to achieve the desired final result (if that’s possible in one visit).

REGARDING CONSULTATION, HAIR LIGHTENING AND COLOR SERVICES • You’ll receive a professional consultation by your stylist prior to your service(s). We expect/ask for full transparency and honesty from the client, especially if they’re requesting their hair to be lightened, (i.e., if any box color or other form of color was previously applied to the hair; please know the hair’s color will not lift/lighten to the anticipated level if this is the case). Please be aware that if the client fails to be truthful during the consultation, Boheme Beauty Bar is not responsible for any damage or lack of satisfaction regarding color lifting/change by the client. Following the consultation, the stylist will explain what’s required or if additional services or visits will be needed to achieve the desired result, if any. At Boheme Beauty Bar, our talented stylists’ utmost concern is to maintain and improve the integrity and health of your hair.

DEPOSITS • Deposits are required to reserve all bridal and color correction services. At the end of the services, your deposit will be deducted from the total price. All color correction appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment (new appointment would of course be based upon availability).

WHEN TO ARRIVE • Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, and getting settled.

 LATE ARRIVAL POLICY • In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time; if you are late for your appointment the service price will be charged in full. Clients who are late 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time by the owner’s discretion may or will be rescheduled.

CLIENT SATISFACTION • All service adjustments (also known as “re-do’s) must be performed within 7 days of the initial appointment or additional charges may be applied. We do not offer refunds.

GRATUITIES • We ask that all gratuities PLEASE be made in cash only, thank you.

RETURNS • Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

CHILDREN • For the safety and comfort of all clients, and in an attempt to offer a relaxed experience for all guests, we ask that children who are not receiving services remain home.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

SMOKING/VAPING • Out of respect for our clients and staff, we ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping while in the salon.

CELL PHONE USAGE • We want Boheme Beauty Bar to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation outside. Please use earbuds or headphones if you’re watching videos.
